Items in stock

All items in our online store are phisically "in stock" . We simply don't show items we don't have. Therefore you can order with confidence as we despatch 95% of orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Very occasionally there may be a delay of 2 to 3 days. If for some rare, unforeseen circumstance it will be longer we will contact you to let you know.   

Delivery of your Order.

We deliver to Australian addresses using Australia Post.

When you place an order, the interactive Australia Post calculator will estimate delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.  The calculator also works out the postge cost and adds this to your order total.

The estimated delivery is a guide and actual transit time may vary. Australia Post will attemt to deliver to the address specified (if you have used a street address) if they are unable to deliver because no one is home they will leave a card in your letterbox advising you that you may collect your parcel from the Post Office.

There have been instances where either this card was not left or has become lost, so we recommend that you contact your Post Office if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonalbe time, before you contact us.
